• o Notify our personal database of over 10,000 that your home is available and on the market. The database will be sent pictures and a description of your home in a format that they can forward on to everyone they know.
• o Within seven days of listing your home we will personally call all local brokers with potential clients and inform them of your home and its features and benefits.
• o Suggest and advise as to any changes you may want to make in your property to make it more saleable.
• o Negotiate with all potential buyers always keeping your best interest in mind and protecting your valuable equity.
• o Feature your home on the Ruth Pugh website, www.RuthPugh.com. This site receives hundreds of hits weekly and will capture the information of the potential buyer.
